Kapila, the Personality of Godhead, replied: O noble lady, there are
multifarious paths of devotional service in terms of the different
qualities of the executor..Devotional service executed by a person who
is envious, proud, violent and angry, and who is a separatist, is
considered to be in the mode of darkness.The worship of Deities in the
temple by a separatist, with a motive for material enjoyment, fame and
opulence, is devotion in the mode of passion.3.29.7-8

das: What we see practically are devotees who follow principals of
devotional service according to their level of spiritual development
within the modes of nature and have symptoms coresponding to this
development. Practically Neophyte class need a living Guru in a physical
body, even though they cannot recognize the qualities top most
vaishnavas and are often lead to follow the less qualitified materially
motivavated Vaishnavas who need their worship to fullfill their desire
to be important devotees. They can sometimes help their neophyte
followers and sometimes hinder them as well depending on such a Gurus
real qualifications which seen by the intelligent, beyond what they may
boast, Still their help is always insuficient. consult text 5

Now we are going to
discuss the deep grave purport of the vedic conclusion or the intricate
principals of pure devotional service which is the concearn of those
who are ardently seeking the real truth. This pure principal of
following the order of the transcendental Acarya is taught in all the
devotional scriptures in such examples God ordering Abraham to sacrifice
his own son, Moses ordering his followers to look at the wooden serpent
on his staff and they will be saved. Jesus ordering everyone to just
believe in him and the preaching of his followers and they will be
saved, Lord Shiva ordering his low class followers to attack the
brahmins and urinate on their offensive sacrifices. Vamana deva
instructing bali maharaja to disobey his Spiritual Master sucracharya,
Parasharam Guru ordering him to kill his mother, Krishna instructing
Arjuna to fight against his relatives, Krishna telling his father to
stop Indras yearly sacrifice and worship a Hill instead and Srila
Prabhupada instructing his disciples in a drafted letter only a few
months before hid departure to continue to inititiate on his behalf
which they had been doing already before that anyway. In all these
examples this was a new revealation not nessarly condoned or mentioned
as a Precedent in the previous scriptures. It is only in our recent
Scriptures like Caitanya Caritamrita is this principal directly taught.
"Some
of the disciples strictly accepted the orders of the ācārya, and others
deviated, independently concocting their own opinions under the spell
of daivī-māyā. The order of the spiritual master ( meaning trancendental
Acarya) is the active principle(spiritual enthusiasm,inspiration of
disciple) in spiritual life. Anyone who disobeys the order of the
spiritual master immediately becomes useless( for empowered
transcendentally service that is) .Adi 12.9-10
Ritvik
initiation is only questionable when you only look from a traditional
angle where often our acaryas have been initiated traditionally by
authorized first class vaishnavas, especially around the time of lord
caitanya. When God comes so many thousands of jesus and prabhupadas come
from the spiritual world to participate. You can take diksha and shiksa
from anyone of them because that kind of level of Guru is one and
Krishna utilizes these authorized flutes that are dear to him in the
appropiate fashion.
In the pastime form of the
teachng of the story in Antya lila chapt 7, Vallaba bhata so called
acarya the first class proud overly inteligent Brahmin traditionist
rejected the authorized commentary of Sridar swami on bhagavatam. He did
not like that the pure vaishnava Sridar Swami's, teachings and
instructions were tailored according to the times place and
circumstances and in this way differed from the tradional way in the
past that the parampara instructed. This was a error of judgment on his
part and the part of contempory brahminical personalities who have not
achieved the platform of pure devotional service by serving the final
order of the real Acarya,Srila Prabhupada. Bhaktivinode thakur in his
essay on sadhu ninda said that, "a brahmin remains a neophyte due to
his not being willing to serve the instruction of the pure vaishnava."
He also commits sever mad elephant offense, sadhu ninda, if he publicly
derides that instruction, teaching others not to follow it, even though
in truth it is different than the Acarya himself, therefore the true
life of the world. Most brahmins claiming to be diksha and shiksha
disciples of Srila Prabhupada have done this in regards to Srila
Prabhupadas ritvik instruction. Now the world of vaishnavism thinks in
error that this was the correct path even though practically we have all
seen such devesting results by Gurus apposing the order and initiating
on their own behalf. It is a transcendental quality of of Krishna and
the Acarya to act like a creative genius instructing appropriately
according to the paticular time place and circumstance in their
preaching field, like a expert doctor who knows how to prepare the
proper medicine to cure a disease. The real conclusion of the scriptures
is based on the traditions of the past but not limited by them because
by the dynamic will of Krishna new revealtions and plans come through
the via medium of the Acarya to redeme the conditioned souls. It has
always been like this but those who are not yet pure vaishnavas or
submissive to them even though they be brahmins they cannot undertand
this pure devotional princincipal due to strong ulteriorcompetitive
motive for temporary name, fame and wealth.
In the
following statement, you can see this quality of creative genuius of the
real Acarya to hold together his followers at the present time and in
the future to continue to purify them even after his departure. He told
them the revealation of the real path under the inspiration of Krishna
based on the authority of the above pastime examples and direct sastra
quotes.
"If I depart there is no cause for lamentation. I
will always be with you through my books and orders. I will always
remain with you in that way."

He
is not speaking only from the traditional angle but from practical
aspect knowing clearly the times circumstaces of kaliyuga influences
making it very difficut to even recognize and accept a real top level
vaishnava even if he appeared before us. Its a miracle that we can
recognize Srila Prabhupada for that matter. Better to simply give up
trying to out think Srila Prabhupada and just follow the ritvik order to
become his disciple because he said so and wrote it so.Let the truly
faithful leave the association of those who appose the ritvik order of
Srila Prabhupada and develop new cells faithful non duplcitious
worshipers of the real Acarya. Gradually by following the ritvik order
one will get sufficiantly purifed to undertand Srila Prabhupada's real
mind in the matter. We have done this practically in our humble
devotional study group and the results are awesome and transcendental.
