Honorable Supreme Court had posted the ISKCON Mumbai and ISKCON Bangalore dispute to be heard for final disposal on Feb 15th
2012, Wednesday. The case was listed as item 5 to be heard by the bench
headed by Hon Justice Altmas Kabir in court hall number two of the
Supreme Court. But it did not come up for hearing because other listed
cases consumed most of the time. The case was listed to be heard on Feb
16th 2012 as item 4. Even today it could not be heard as
cases concerning elections and another civil case consumed most of the
time. The case has been listed for next Wednesday 22nd Feb 2012.

- Interim Application of ISKCON Bangalore seeking the honorable court to restrict the case only to Radha Krishna-Chandra Mandir on Hare Krishna Hill(suit schedule property) and not to include the other properties of the plaintiff society and other 18 temples all over India.
- The contempt of court application filed against the office bearers of ISKCON Mumbai for producing forged documents before the Supreme Court.
- With the above applications Court will be hearing the main Special Leave Petition of ISKCON Bangalore
- ISKCON Mumbai has also filed an application to the Supreme Court to dismiss the Special leave petition of ISKCON Bangalore.
