Swami
Nithyananda is in news from past four years for all the wrong reasons. There
are many cases against him including rape, molestation, land acquisition, unnatural
sex and many other. In the Freedom of Religions Act of 1968 of india states
that “no person shall convert or attempt to convert either directly or
otherwise any person from one religious faith to another by the use of force or
by inducement or by any fraudulent means nor shall any person abet any such
conversion.” Contravention of this law was punishable with imprisonment of up
to one year and/or a fine of up to Rs 5,000. This law protects as well as
attacks nithyananda.
Swami Nithyananda visits to iskcon
As many of
you don’t know Swami Nithyananda has also visited ISKCON twice. The first time
he visited ISKCON was in Bangalore during the celebration of janmastami 2009
and then he visited iskcon Phoenix, Arizona in the year 2010. Here is a wonderful chance for ISKCON
devotees and other devotees to compare two types of gurus. On
one hand, there is A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada and the self-proclaimed
Paramahamsa Nithyananda. One lived a sincere and simple life, the other
lavishly dressed and surrounded with gold. One lived in poverty and with
transparency unheard of, the other, with expensive programs and a 'secret'
private life that seems to counter what he preaches. One devoted his
whole life to promote Lord Krishna and the Bhagavad
Gita the other works solely to promote himself and shamelessly
credits the work of others for him. Yes, Paramahamsa Nithyananda, you are
no Prabhupada.
Swami Nithyananda & His Books
Swami
Nithyananda original Gita lectures were based on ISKCON book, which has no head
and tail. You can see the pictures on the videos. The books which are sold now
are compiled by Ram Ramanathan (The guy who wrote 'Nithyananda - My Master')
and team of plagiarists, based on books of iskcon. But, Swami claims he
dictated them. He keeps releasing them in every city, with a hope to sell some
copies.
