Akshaya Patra was proud to receive the Corporate Collateral Award (Gold) in the Annual Reports category, at the PRCI Global Communication Conclave 2014 conducted over 14 and 15 February, 2014 in Mumbai.
The Public Relations Council of India (PRCI) is a non-profit organisation of professionals from the fields of public relations, communication, advertising and others, which has been pursuing the spread of communications and public relations in India. With 22 platforms across the country, PRCI today is one of the dominant arenas for PR and communication professionals to exchange ideas across a huge variety of topics.
The much vied for annual Corporate Collateral Award 2014 was handed over to The Akshaya Patra Foundation after deliberation by an esteemed jury led by its chairman, Mr. Niranjan Nikam, former Chief of Bureau at Deccan Herald. Akshaya Patra has been the only NGO to win in this category. Also present at this ceremony were M.B Jayaram, Chairman Emeritus & Chief Mentor PRCI; C. Somasekhar, IAS Government of Karnataka; Atul Patne, IAS – PS to Minister of State for Social Justice, GOI, New Delhi and Sanjeeb Patjoshi - IPS, IG, Director, Vamnicom, Pune.
The Akshaya Patra Foundation is delighted to be bestowed with this
honour and looks forward to achieving many more milestones in the
future.
